Expansion of Sales Team

Icon is delighted to announce that Stuart Wilkinson has joined Icon Solutions on secondment from IBM.  Stuart joins Icon in the capacity of Account Manager and will be responsible for covering IBM’s General Business and Mid Market Software divisions.  Whilst at IBM, Stuart worked at the Hursley Labs location and spent time in both the Websphere MQ and Websphere Cast Iron development teams.  Stuart also managed IBM’s annual influx of interns prior to joining Icon.

Martin Hampton, Sales Manager said ‘Icon continues to expand its sales team to work alongside IBM’s Software sellers and engage directly with customers.  Stuart brings a technical background with him and based on his Hursley Labs background has a superb working knowledge of the Websphere portfolio.  He is a prime example of the type of salesperson we want to attract and of our commitment as an IBM Business Partner moving into 2012’.
